Tomorrow night, at 7pm, I am scheduled to talk about Collaborative Divorce on Channel 8! Finally, I hope to clear up for viewers the myths about Collaborative Divorce, and explain why it is important for them to choose an attorney wisely. It is not that we are scared to litigate, it is that we've seen how devastating the consequences of litigation can be for a family. We are trying to minimize the loss for everyone, and set a higher standard of ethics for lawyers at the same time.

The Story That Started It All
